Gold is yet to prove itself
I have been looking at buying investment properties lately..
Not that I have been interested as I sold out of rentals years ago...
But my wife has heaps of cash and she has been at me
To buy a rental property becuase of the high rent.
But I have thought for a long time a crash in house prices was coming.

If pridictions of 60% of the population getting the virus come true.
I expect house prices will plummet....
The building industry had already been on the skids
since well before xmas....I can see unemployment rising to over 10%
many default loans...so the banks will be in damage control.

Best to be in cash at this point....
