Not "most people," Alan. Not most. And I personally don't think it was boredom either. They were sick of the meanness of the man, the "deputy sheriff" mentality of the man, his regressive social attitude, his 1950's world view, his love for the big business mates, his unsustainable environmental policies, his attitude towards refugees and aussies overseas, his ceaseless lies, his persecution of unions... other than that, he was OK.
