Wonder if you have ever experienced ANY deaths or tragedy in YOUR life. Life all rosy for you? Not one shred of empathy for these four lots of bereaved parents?
This mad scheme of Rudd's attracted hundreds of unqualified, shonky, so called "installers" - rushing around drumming up custom - and using young learner staff, on cheap rates no doubt, many unqualified and unsupervised, to do this work. I know how bad many were - they all queques at our front door - telling us all sorts of stories and lies. That we needed Pink Batts - when we didn't, at all. We were even abused then we refused.
If any electrician employer puts an unqualified apprentice in the way of harm during his training, let alone causes that young person's death, via lack of supervision, all hell would break loose. It would be criminal negligence. No less.
