So the issue is about what the government did or didn't do after becoming aware of concerns about the installation process.
Glug. Please. The government was warned many times of what their scheme could cause. Even though it should have been coomon sense. When you throw hordes of money at something, knowing that there are not going to be the resources required, then what's going to happen? You are going to get sub-standard organisations popping up from nowhere taking the free money. At the very least, the government should have 1. made a more realistic timeframe, 2. setup a proper training mechanism for employers to use and make it mandatory.
The government purposely endagered lives for the sake of a political gain.
So nice try makattack, but the analogy I gave is valid.
