Is there anything to be read into the resignation today of Keith Liddell as the executive Chairman of Sally Malay?
The only reason I bring this up is some previous events this year.
On the 11.3.05 Craig Burton resigns as an alternate Director.
On the 14.4.05 Roche Mining sells 10.66 million shares at $0.975 and informs the market that Roche’s Mr Robert Logan will continue on the board in the interim as a non executive Director for the next couple of months.
Four days later SMY announce the termination notice from Thundelarra on the Copernicus JV.
Then today they announce that the long term Chairman Mr Keith Liddell resigns, being replaced by a Christopher deGuingand.
Does this news give shareholders confidence?
