The Victorian government can put the levy on locally - Why should the rest of Australia have to pay more taxes because Dan has demonstrably cocked it up? After all the Victorians voted for the idiot so they can hold him accountable for his mess (and pay for their mistake).
The rest of Australia certainly didn’t vote for him.
