Dastyari can goto hell there should be no special levy just for the Victorian situation - it should just be part of the overall cost of this whole crisis.
At the same token this once again highlights the sheer stupidity of our government system as while this is a Victorian cockup it is an Australian problem and it should not be state controlled it should be federally controlled.
