is sar a decent proposition

Montgomery's Skaffold platform has SAR as an A2 stk on a fwd PE of 7.63!! I can't see how EPS (within next 6-10 months)can leap enough to lower the PE to 15, let alone half of that. Perhaps an HC reader can explain. I re-entered SAR at 76.5c today, only to see it fall at day's close to 75c. That's a big fall from 88c only some 8-9 days ago.
Something is going-on. We know chairman sold a swag recently. Any clues as to why mkt for SAR continues in a downturn while POG reamins solid?
