I haven't read their initial research report on SAR, only their recent weekly update. They initially recommended SAR at 84c as a buy. I can't find when their recommendation was first made but there is a couple of points on the chart where SAR has traded in the 80's, one recent at the end of 2011 and the other beginning of 2011.

That is all I can tell you. Sorry I can't be anymore specific on time frames but If I learn more I will share it here.
