Emailed the Company Secretary again as has now become my annual ritual. I just want a tax write down (still) or otherwise news of more than a weak pulse but we are left still hanging. He's always very responsive.

• No completion of the 2022 and 2023 financial accounts
• Undertaking a restructure of its business operations which includes capital injection. To let us know when that happens.
• If you want to sell you need to find a buyer, no suggestions of who that may be.

Not sure how you raise money without uptodate financials but there you go. More again next year I suppose.

Got to say it's massively annoying being left hanging like this. I really wish there was some regulation determining how long this sort of situation can go on for.
