    Hi Heather

You still hold your shares in SAS after the company was delisted

Since then, there has not been any substantial change to the company

As a brief update, nothing has progressed on completion of the 2022 and 2023 financial accounts

The company is currently undertaking a restructure of its business operations which includes capital injection

As such, the company remains an operating entity.

The Company will not be re-listed in the foreseeable future

The Board will update shareholders in due course once the above matters have been completed

To sell shares in SAS, you will need to find a willing buyer to transfer the shares to in order to claim a loss on investment .

The transfer of shares can be completed using the link below provided by Computershare.

The transfer instructions and link to forms are as follows: https://www-au.computershare.com/Investor/Content/188f2f17-52e6-4f12-b31a-df5fcaf973ef

Please feel free to contact me again if you require any assistance.

    Regards

    Andrew Metcalfe

    Company Secretary
