Does anyone think that Southern might have procured a valuation of the ***ong/kochang assets before the submission from bluebird to redevelop was received?
Could this have even been possible? I guess it could have been done with a desktop study/valuation and not involving any site visits?
Southern sure will look silly if the independent valuer settles on a price below what has already been rejected.
Still hoping that a royalty, or even equity in bluebird will be offered as part of the deal.
