I think it is likely they will receive all cash as they would have sorted something out, eg royalty/equity before the 26th of Jan. ”Unless a contrary agreement is reached... the price must be paid in cash by the completion date of 26 January 2021.”
Regardless, whatever they receive, it can and will only be positive for the co. This is backed by some heavy US Instos so happy to be holding
