There was none of the drama when Rudd or Shorten stuffed up and caused deaths ,business bankruptcy and family suffering,treasury told Rudd not to go ahead with pink batts ,when Costello had a similar idea treasury told him it was flawed so it never went ahead. So far all we know is that some public servants knew it was flawed and didn't do their job and take it further up the food chain..
