The company has not paid any dividend since the GFC and apparently has no interest to do so.
However SDG has continuously been engaged in buying back their own shares and it seems to me they want to reduce the market cap to around 150m shares which begs the question why they increased that in the first place? presumably to increase the vols and liquidity.
My fear is the directors could then successfully acquire the company on the cheep and de-list it and rub the long term shareholders from any likely gains.
Any view?
