    I was at the AGM

    Management will reduce the number of shares to 150mil and then they intend to start paying dividends - Its hard to think that the company will be privatized but at these prices I wouldn't rule it out.

    Short term outlook:

    get ready for for a spike in SP as they are going to buy back another 40M shares.
