DBC has launched a counter claim, could this just be typical games played by the contractor to ensure they’re not on the hook for any cost overruns and deadlines missed ? What’s the bet the settle in the end and they both walk away . Star would be the net loser but ultimately multiplex suit is just a scare tactic…. My guess anyway.
I dunno about the covenants - they did say the new debt package had more flexible arrangements.
