    Who wins the new tender will not be known for several months at least. The contract terms have been re-drawn. This makes Ferrovial's constant extention of the acceptance date redundant/stupid. They should withdraw the TO offer until its clear who wins the FIBP bid. Meanwhile BRS SP can stand on its own 2 feet regardless.
