Nothing to do with consolidation. Regarding Nextellis . They have been on about turn around , Gamechanger and so on past 3 years. The truth it’s been a disaster. Outlook is 350,000 cycles. Last year 70 thousand and $4m revenue. So $20m fo second full year. These figures are a huge failure yet here is the company paying a FF / SD. Why ?? It is obviously in no position to do so. They have had to sell the farm to pay down debt some created by Nextellis agreement and marketing. The same as most boards create the illusion of success to hide their failures of management. They had 200 plus Scientists for years. Doing what ?? Then because we already sold contraceptive ( generic ). Take on some supposed world beater. The pill has been around for 60 years . Successfully . Ever heard of any one dying.? Honestly why take on and pay for a product when the current users are all reasonably content anyway. Had it been a cure for cancer ok . Why for all those years weren’t our Scientific team developing something groundbreaking like other pharmaceuticals.? Should they have shown that most existing estrogen ( synthetic ) contraceptive pills shorten your life with Research and E4 being organic normalises it then this product would already be the Number1. As it is we should cut our losses not waste another cent marketing it. If it sells it sells! But don’t spend Mon a forced sale. Don’t pay a SD . concentrate on a product in Salisbury SA. Develop be exclusive. Otherwise this entire company is just existing for benefit of Board, Senior Management and employees funded by investors charitable funds.
