I am looking at that too - the timeline suggests that both the spec div and the return of capital have a record date of 19th Jan and the record date of the share consolidation is a day or two prior to this?? (Please correct me if I'm wrong).
So - not such a special dividend once you divide it by 20 (all subject to shareholder approval though)
