Right and Catalent managed to buy exactly what they were after and paid about what Metrics / Complex worth certainly what it was worth to them going by comments made by them , that sale also included a number contracts with large Pharma company's . Catalent did well considering they didn't have to pay considerably more and take us over to get what they wanted and inherit everything they wouldn't have wanted including ASX shareholders , legal matters still outstanding , 20 year lease bleeding money . Catalent would have had plenty to deal with now everything we've been left to deal with . This sale was in Catalent's interest not in our interest . Maynes market Cap has room to fall now we've lost 30% of the best we had to offer . Management hasn't unlocked value for those who bought in high just the opposite .

Good commentary from you both. Our chairman's history includes the sale of juniper pharmaceuticals to catalent; this perhaps suggests a direct line of sale, rather than placing a for sale sign on the front lawn.
