CBA will have surprise upside in the next 3-6 months.
Funds management will get around $5b and shareholders likely to participate in a discounted fashion. Life assets and small Asian bank will settle by year end releasing $5b.
Look for a tax effective share buyback and discounted offer into one of the better global fund managers. $10b spare capital, as already strong. Short fillip up and then flat line with market performance.
