CBA has always been a bit too cool for school, a bit too smug and not at all friendly, the internal culture has always permeated the client service experience, BUT i was very presently surprised to have an amazing experience at the local branch recently when i had to deposit a dividend chq to my commsec acct.
So maybe the culture is changing, maybe they won't throw each other under the bus... but a wolf in sheep's clothing is always a wolf.
I guess in 12 months we'll all have better idea of how many heads roll.
