I still maintain my belief that those manager are the best managers in Australia and CBA had them and now they leaving the job to the next best staff if they ready. There is only a small pool of experienced banking executives in Australia and every time the banks choose a UK banking staff they stuff up big time. NAB & ANZ are classic examples over last 20 years. I'd say Ian Narev himself may not have been received well in CBA when he arrived given his Jewish background and it would have been tough for him but irregardless he did well imo. I'm sure he and his other group now leaving the CBA will find better prospects ahead of the non event you people worried about then. Now is the time for CBA bank shareholders to worry they losing such talent to others. It might take a few years to know how good or bad the next level of young turks will perform eh
