3. Create public perception that IP is worthless and no one wants it
4. Call in administrators
5. Create perception that they are finding best deal for retail holders
6. Inevitably sell IP cheaply to undisclosed ‘’non-related’’ buyers ensuring non-transparency
7. Private banker deal made behind closed doors $$$$$$$$
