They've nothing material for the SHs and a potential partner. They're simply playing with the delay tactices and materialising the smooth inflow of their salaies and benefits till the lights are off. If they were ethical, they would tell the SHs that they're considering cutting their salaries and benefits till a tangible outcome arises and potential partnership deal is sealed. All of their outstanding salaries and benefits would be paid in the shares of the stock subject to the approval of the SHs in a special AGM.

Regulators' green signal to their silence and anarchy has given them the upper hand. SHs are giving them salary from the SHs' money lockd in the stock. MM et al. are getting salaries and giving tax to the Govt. The Govt has no problem! But what roles are the govt regulators playing to ensure transparency and eithical obligations for MM et al. to give a clear picture to end the game MM et al. have been playing to keep getting paid with NO material tangible commercial outcome.

BIT management have been establishing the fact and precedence that it is possible to commit fraud, scam, sham, croonyism, .... under the nose of the regulators by pickpocketing the SHs' and tax payers' money.
