The deadline of the 12th December has passed and we still have not been told about the New Order Mining Right (NOWR)or the purchase of the remaining 20% of the Vale Colliery.
This is a bit slack.
Simon previoiusly advised - If CZA has not received the NOWR by 12th Dec that they would not take up the remaining 20% of Vale. So, I think we are entitled to be informed on either one event or the other.
a) no NOWR by 12th - CZA withdraws from additional 20%
or
b) NOWR received and deal in process.
Possibly the recent share activity signals positive news on the way which will mean production in 4 months from Vale. This is likely to be big news for the holders
