$34/t sounds like a FOB DSO haematite cost which would include a heap of transport costs.
Biggest issue for Andewa could be power, do they do Hydro for mines over there or it still all Diesel based?
Transport logistics for the products might not be too bad - maybe a single Handysize vessel per month and that would be for the Copper if it was concentrate. Gold, heck you could probably chopper it out.
