For 10 week MA, every new day would use the data for that day (usually closing price) + the previous 9 trading weeks (mon-fri).
The weekly candle for the current week will change over the course of the week,
and therefore so will the current 10 week MA - but probably not by much.
.
On a smaller scale, the current point for the 10 DAY ma uses the current price + the previous 9 days,
and changes over the course of the day's trade - but probably not by much.
.
