I've seen quite a number of posts and threads about this company, with varying levels of pessimism towards it's existing function and management.
I've seen comments about it potentially being used as a shell, similar to CNW (Which I hold for transparency) and I'm wondering if there is any documentation about the new company and it's products?
Is SOC a buy?
