Young Asian chick lost $30000+ gambling at Burswood Casino. She was a foreign student and that was her living expenses for the semester.
She took Burswood to court for a refund a/c she was underage. Her case rested on the fact that she had to produce her passport for ID while cashing a cheque which stated her age. I never heard the result of that one, but I wonder:
What slimey lawyer put her up to that?
What did rich daddy say?
What happened to the poor b/stard that cashed the cheque? Was he sacked for his omission ?
Hmmmm again. wonder if I could sue HC for losses incurred during the time the search function was down..............? lol.
