Don't think it's been the SPP holding us back before today. We did the calcs before that if everyone subscribed for the max it would equate to about only $2,500 worth for each holder, so nobody would've been selling in anticipation of getting $15 K's worth guaranteed in the SPP. Agree with others that it's probably just been the so-called sophisticated investors from the placement ( plus a few DTs) washing through for a small profit that's held us back.
Anyway you look at it, compared to SYR's SP, AXE is way undervalued and primed for a nice run if/when it can clear 35c resistance.
