I am not convinced that a big investor-another mining Coy-Foreign entity-Funds Manger (?) is not building a stake in IVR. Forget the notice to the ASX 5% rule -- that is only the chase off the those with little knowledge/understanding. Now our market watchdog, well errr............. ?.
What is stopping a 'group of people-coys-etc' working in unison to build a stake .. well above 5% but the way it is being done small holdings 3.5% 4.1% 4.2% 2.1% etc etc knowing that a Coy.....in the group will make a bid.- ASX oblivious to it IVR management - and also the Registry....So when the time is right the 'central party' makes a low ball bid and these parasitic cretins all agree -- with a then combined 25-40% ........................... Shaft the retail investors............Thanks for the funds contributed guys ... now get stuffed ?
Sorry but once there were people Coys etc that had responsibility -morals- management by rules- fair dinkum ones...sleep at night attitude.But now - just look at Parliament members - shite for brains.......what are they teaching.............Anything goes ?
