company would usually pump up the share price before the annouce of any cap rising plan.
looking at the last few weeks' of trading data. the stock is surpress by somenody who does not want price to go up while accumulate them for future profits. for us it is an highly indication of stock price will rise during the course of this year in simple term bullish in mid to long term.
