I agree with your theory and I wouldn't touch BRO. In late December 2008 a very similar trend emerged. The share price increased for no apparent reason from .01 to .07. It then slid to .05, and then fluctuated between .03 and .06 early in the new year 2009. It then riverted to normality in a range of .02-.04. In my view, BRO will be back to .03 within the next month. The only positive is that you might be able to trade the ups and downs within this range, but that's risky.
