Yep. Shaps forced the company to abide by ASX rules and disclose a crapload of market sensitive information which it had previously chosen to withhold from the peasantry. That plus a bunch of other asx breaches like failure to disclose share/option issuances etc.
Interesting that it takes a journo and leaker to make big better. Would it be worse off without journos and leakers?
