Ok Nostradamus, what do you think will happen and in rough time frame? People wouldn't be taking non-exec board positions amidst this drama and risk their reputations if the company is going to get delisted, if anything they stand to enhance them when they resolve all the current issues of investigations. Personally I think few more weeks / months suspension. More critical changes to the board that will install investor confidence going forward and business as usual albeit financial reporting will most likely be significantly different from how it has been previously. Short term pain...yes. Long term gain and overall benefit for holders...BIG yes.
