I have had that happen to me - it seems to be if you have a sell order in for the stock that you are about to put a buy order in for and unless I cancell the sell order before placing the buy if will refer the trade. Also refers to a limit on a trade e.g. up to $100.000 ok but if more it is referred - that it with Westpac but I don't know about others. Anyway I don't know anything about this stock but thought it looked interesting - having checked past posting thought it might be worth a punt, here's hoping anway. Good luck
