The best anyone can give you is there will be an announcement by Sept. (except perhaps the person or people doing the buying recently, especially the 100k buyer, maybe they know more?)
If the market thought it was a big buy or a sure thing the price would reflect it. Its risk = reward mate, for mine it will be sold, only the price remains in question. But I am not "most educated".
