Regarding the media and physical demand. Post the break of $1525 I voiced my opinion that the big players were using media articles about massive physical buying, to create additional demand from retail investors, so they could lay on extra short positions prior to next leg down. If there is less in media about physical demand, then this would be more likely to indicate a bottom in the gold price as big players can cover shorts in a quiet market. Key is not to be played by the big boys, after break of $1525 those on gold forums were lapping up the party line about huge physical demand as gold continued to fall.
