The market trades on fear and greed. Right now we have the fear. The greed will have an equally influencial force on the shareprice when the right kind news flow returns.
Fundementals will rule the stock price in the longterm . RBS know this. There price targets not for short term stock traders with limitted investment horizons. they are for resource investors that want longterm exposure to growth companies.
