Spoke with SSM management this afternoon....stated they were aware of the recent drop in in SP, there was no reason that they could give to explain it.
In fact they said April was on of there best "invoicing months" ever and they expect debt to be reduced by $10M as a result of that.
Also, debt roll over is not due until October 2010 and are anticipating no probs from bank discussions.
