This is a huge risk and couple that with the consultation by a restructuring expert that dealt with virgin makes me a bit uneasy we may head the same route as Virgin Australia.
however, someone correct me - how would SH’s get shafted in the same respect given we have hard assets valued in excess of 40c per share.
trying to figure the loss of capital position here in terms of a virgin Australia / Ansett scenario
