This is a huge risk and couple that with the consultation by a restructuring expert that dealt with virgin makes me a bit uneasy we may head the same route as Virgin Australia.
however, someone correct me - how would SH’s get shafted in the same respect given we have hard assets valued in excess of 40c per share.
