on very ordinary wages....they are nesting, they can afford it because of the *****low interest rates... the kids are not listening.... 20 minutes by freeway to the city...they are very careful with their money...they have back up plans....they need somewhere to live with their babies....they dont like renting... they will live there for about 20 years, until the babies grow up...do they think prices will drop over 20 years....no way...nor should they
