the stats are less than 10% of the population owns 90% of the world's wealth...
and the 90% disbelievers own a measly 10% of the wealth
you can see why some are so disadvantaged...
if you are looking for a mentor to show you how to do anything....he must have a good track record to prove it

but this one.... has a woeful track record....

keen's case...some say he predicted this mess 10 years ago...so why on earth did he come out and buy a house in 2007...or at the top of the market....then sell it last year in the worst climate....and lost money on it...
now he is back to renting as hie has been for the past 40 odd years.....
I not we have quite a few posters on this forum who will be up there amongst the wealthy ones in the not too distant future.....
and here I am, sitting here, semi retired (money flowing in from property saw to that) and another 30-40 years of property investing to look forward to....
