Too early to tell who is right, IMO.
During the last couple of months, I have inspected many properties and watched what's going on at auction.

Mostly, sellers were investors and buyers were first home buyers under 500K properties.

Investors who have low end properties are selling (taking profit, I guess) and maybe buying high end properties (bargain hunting?).

I am wondering if those who are bullish on properties are now buying.
I am curious why investors are selling.

Anyway, any bull or bear markets, it is always possible to find a bargain that is much lower than its fair value.

Who knows what will happen in 1Q/2010.
