However, I think when all licenses are ready, STI will be a takeover target on market or off market.

STI is in discussion with 3 world big Pharmacy companies for the JV HDA projects.

I believe the full licensed plant is worth $25 million now.So STI is really a bargin for these big players, if I were the potential JV partner, I would takeover STI at 35 million for the plant and HDA technology.

when the bid coming, I believe it's 1.5c.

any ideas?
