and with no major holder having a stake at this point - how is a TO to happen without SH approval?
Any TO needs to be approved by SH
No pharma would "buy" for the HDA - they make drugs not devices
Telemed - is basically a seperate unit for the group
Canada plant - same again
in both cases STI was the only buyer interested.
