    Short answer -No , not by comparison-
    It would be Apples and Oranges .

    But-
    A forthcoming statement of SER entitlements ,
    will warrant a loading of the SER portfolio well in advance of the spinoff..
    Entitlements - Not Supersand or Electrickery
    Or brighter Light bulbs.
    Entitlements - the main driver .
